Woody - Lead Vocals & Keyboard

Woody has been on the music scene in and around Bedfordshire for 17 years and is well known for his massive vocal range and giving an enthusiastic 110% on every performance.

Originally starting out with student band "Registered Trademark" and moving onto a couple of other bands before settling with "The Muddy Funsters", a Luton based classic rock band.

Predominantly a keyboard player and also going by the name of Omaas with his own writing project, he has completed two albums, The first album "Listen" was completed in 2007 and the second one "Beyond The Clouds" in 2010.

In 2007 Woody decided to search for a Soul / Funk band to challenge his playing skills and found one in "What The Funk" based in Aylesbury and spent a successful couple of years with them.

He has always had a love of singing and stepped up to the microphone during his time with "The Muddy Funsters" to lead a few songs and eventually gained the confidence to look for a rock band to front.

After replying to an add on a musician's website for Milton Keynes based "Lockdown" he was successful in his first audition as a front man and is now fronting a very powerful and successful band set up in "Lockdown" based in and around the home counties.

Woody has various tastes and influences including: David Paich (Toto), Greg Philinganes (Toto), The Ozric Tentacles, Mogwai, Massive Attack, Portishead, Slipknot, Deftones, Alterbridge, Pink Floyd, Hybrid, Stevie Wonder, The Brand New Heavies, Incognito, Acoustic Alchemy.
